Unfortunately, we can't approve a canon item which grants a character -- and only that particular character -- powers capable of changing the direction of the setting on their own. However, since you mentioned you were looking at this as a combination canon update and item request, we suggest you submit this as a canon update rather than on the rewards page. If Dove acquires knowledge from her home universe which allows her to develop additional powers or abilities within the reasonable limit of Tushan's setting and her canon as described in her app, that's a different story.

Canon updates are on hold until Milyn is ICly available again, but if you submit the request on the canon updates page we'll hold it on reserve until that time arrives.
