Additional Information: Vincent is a genius engineer and software developer, and has shown an interest in the network. He's seen complaints of how people think that the network isn't secure any more and would like to develop countermeasures. Nothing too serious, but stuff like a device access list and basic encryption to prevent hacking in.

The device access list would only allow approved devices to communicate on the network, as well as list any unapproved devices and allow them to be remotely blocked, whereas the encryption upgrade would protect the network further from devices not approved. Think something like a corporate firewall; you can't bring external devices in and expect to be able to just hook them up.

I'm fine with this being hackable after a while, because nothing's perfect, but this will stymie people for a bit, is the hope.

Let me know if there's anything that needs clarifying. My idea is to have had him working on it for the past month or so.
