Unfortunately, we cannot approve your plot development request. Whether stabilizing or killing Red Mist, we feel that such an abatement would limit the opportunities for other players to get involved in addressing the drug issues that Keeliai currently faces, and that the timeframe Sherlock has had to study Red Mist is not sufficient to fully eradicate it. As well, the Healers Guild already has an abatement treatment that partially does the same which they used in treating the Dust contamination - it's not perfect, but they're doing what they can with it for now. If Sherlock asks, the Guild will share the information they have with him (and this will not require an additional reward request to get that information).
