This actually doesn't need to be a single event! Force-sensitivity among kedan and any Foreigners wishing to learn what Obi-Wan knows can be an ongoing phenomenon, fueled by the Dreaming. (Bear in mind this wouldn't automatically make anyone a Jedi - learning how to use the Force should still be played out ICly). We do ask that you hold off until March, when landfall is a little more settled; however, please feel free to assume after that point that Force-sensitivity touches select kedan here and there, and any Foreigners whose players are willing! Think of it as a phenomenon which begins with perhaps one kedan out of tens of thousands, and then over time gradually grows into Obi-Wan's notice.
