The powers Bisi would gain are reaching the level of defining an entirely new character, and are therefore beyond the limits of what a canon update should be used for. That said, we would like to give you a choice of where to go from here.

You can choose to drop the update request, revise the update request to limit it to something more reasonable (i.e. fewer and/or restricted abilities), or you can allow the mods to choose how the abilities are restricted, either in strength or timing.
